July Twelfth #3

Looking north from Key West towards the anchored boats off Fleming Key. Hope they've secured their hatches. Photo by GarytheTourist.

  1. GarytheTourist has a great eye for, but he does not have your eye for irony. I'm enjoying the photo-filler during the Conchscooter absence.

  2. I think Michael views the world through a sardonic lens; this impacts the locus of his focal length.

From a part of the world not as likely to implode in a few short days,

  3. Dear Gary and Conchscooter:

The real question of the day seems to be, "How are you going to keep them down on thr farm (riding a Bonneville) in Key West, after they've toured the broad Roman Compagna on a slicker than shit BMW?"

I love thunderstorms (provided they are not escourting tornadoes) and the shot of this one approaching is really cool.

    Fondest regards,
    Jack/reep

  5. Hmm...

Dodging goats on a Bayerische appliance - how romantic.

Methinks CS will be itching to get off mainland Italia and get on a proper Brit bike forthwith.
