Beautiful pictures as usual! Its surprising how many details pop out in Black and White photos. Textures, shading. Sometimes I prefer B&W over color, even in movies. Maybe its just me getting old,who knows. Some of the old shows and movies were beautiful. Didnt lack anything because they were not color. The colorized versions are ok. Except Gunsmoke. In the colorized versions you can tell Marshall Dillon never changed his clothes! You would expect that of Festus but the Marshall? Tsk Tsk! Of course the gratuitous picture of Rusty must be in color! Keep up the good work!
Rusty's picture came from my phone...which is usually satin color because people who aren't like you and me get annoyed if I send pictures in black and white. I like black and white but I don't take the color out of pictures I shoot in color. I look at something and try to decide if it would be better one way or the other and if I choose black and white you can't ut the color back in! I like to make a choice and have no regrets. I haven't seen a colorized movie I liked more than black and white and I think its a shame that black nd white isn't good enough, but there we are. I get complaints if my pictures are black and white too often. So there.
